Everyone loves to be outdoors enjoying the warmth of the Summer so what can be better than enjoying the Summer along with good music? JVS Jazz Festival, New York, New York - June 15th thru June 28th - Considered one of the most prestigious jazz festivals in the world, the JVC Jazz Festival New York is a two-week jazz celebration that fills New York City's premiere concert halls, intimate clubs, parks, schools and museums with some of the top musical talent in the world. The Great Connecticut Jazz Music Festival - Sunrise Resort, Moodus, Connecticut - July 25th thru July 27th - The Great Connecticut Traditional Jazz Festival is the largest festival in all of the Northeast featuring old time jazz. JVS Jazz Festival, Newport, RI - August 8th thru August 10th. The 2008 JVC Jazz Festival – Newport will kick off on Friday, August 8th, with an evening concert at the International Tennis Hall of Fame at the Newport Casino; followed by two full days of great jazz on three stages at historic Fort Adams State Park on August 9th and 10th.
