SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Due to the generosity and love of family and friends, a scholarship fund was created in Brendan's memory at Bacon Academy in Colchester, Connecticut. Over $2,500.00 was donated and in June of 2006, the first scholarship was awarded. A plaque with the names of all past and future recipients is on display at Bacon Academy. One of Brendan's goals was to do whatever he could do to keep music in our schools and we would like to see his dream come true. The scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior at Bacon Academy in Colchester, Connecticut who will be continuing his/her education in music and who most closely exemplifies the dedication, skills, and love for music that Brendan had when he was a student at Bacon Academy. It is our hope that the scholarship fund will continue to grow so that we may continue to support the future of music as our way of fulfilling Brendan's goal.
